Now, seeing that eye popping YPC, why did he only have 65 career receptions? That’s a huge red flag to me. He’s probably better at blocking than catching.

In Carroll's offense, especially with Jeanty as the focus you need receivers who are good blockers. And with Smith's mobility you equally need receivers who can block.

I think Maxx said he kind of looks like Martavis Bryant out there. Now to us, that sounds really negative. But if we can get a version of Bryant when he was on the Steelers this is a great pick.

Sounds like he has a good head on his shoulders too in terms of work ethic so his ceiling really could be as high as he wants it to be.

I believe the only depth chart from the coaching staff that’s published before the season is the one at the end of training camp. The rest are guesses by front office staff
