But who you got picks 2 - 4 thats going to help Mendoza.

#2 Raiders should be able to select WR Chris Bell or WR KC Concepcion with our early 2nd.

#3 I forget who it was, but someone here mentioned that the best pure dominant RT coming out of college could be got in the 3rd. And stated hes played his whole career at RT, and not being moved around the line.

That is the max deal for his slotting. It is a 4 year deal, so 13.25M per year. Unfortunately, he is making a lot more than some established top tier RBs. It is one of the reasons I am largely not interested in RBs that high in the draft. But Jeanty's deal is just shy of 10M per so there is some context. When Jeanty signed his deal, he was immediately one of the top paid RBs in the league.

Mostly they are pretty set on what they can make but there is some wiggle room. But the high profile guys like Mendoza who shot to fame once he won it all in Indiana will likely make even more in endorsement deals. We have seen that he is already doing commercials and it is about to blow up once he gets established in Vegas. His regional deals will almost certainly pay less but he will get more of them. But his national deals will be tied to how well he does so once Mendozamania dies down he will rely on those regional deals to make extra cash.

Damn thats crazy, no way hes worth that much. Mendozas is going to make that look like small potatoes.
Edit: I see now, its starts at 9.6 this season and increases every year to 16 or so 4 years from now. Still a lot for a rookie, especially a RB.

Imo it's fairly extreme in how fast it slides.
#1 pick ~60 million
#10 pick ~30 million

Yeah a rookie RB is going to look a lot better at 5 mil per.
In my little perfect world there wouldn't be that much a difference between 1 and 10.
Using 60 million, more like 50 million at 10, like a million off per pick.
