Boston is my #1. The drop off may be bigger at other positions but a potential #1 receiver is impossible to fill outside of the draft. That said, Mcdonald sounds good to me also. The cbs are good value so i wouldnt be upset

K. McDonald, D. Boston, or E McNeil Warren.

If you haven't watched any of Haulcy or Stukes, I suggest you do. I myself like like them a little more than EMcW. I really like EMcW too but, he's more SS/box safety. Can play some deep as well but he's more box safety. Stukes & Haulcy are FS &, that's what the Raiders need more.

Those two are Dawgs I've watched their tape you're right about Warren..I really hope the Buckeye falls to us but Miller, Boston, Haulcy and Stukes you can't go wrong either..MexicanHulk wrote: Thu Apr 23, 2026 10:10 pm If you haven't watched any of Haulcy or Stukes, I suggest you do. Emotional drunk me right now: trade pick 134 To SF to get the 1st pick of the 2nd for Boston
Logical me: Raiders are in great shape with all the tackles and guards getting drafted to get either a WR,S, or DT

This draft has fallen really nicely for us coming into the 2nd day and we can go several ways and get a player who can contribute from Day 1;
A run stuffer would be ideal and any one of McDonald, Miller or Hunter would be solid picks.
Boston would be a great addition on offence and gives Cousins/Mendoza another reliable weapon.
Pregnon could slot in RG and be a dream for Jeanty.
EMW would elevate our secondary but I don't see us reaching for a CB yet but intriguing to see how far Jermod McCoy drops because talent wise the kid is up there with Delane but clearly the big question mark is how he's recovered from his ACL.

I have the impression that a good D line helps the secondary a little bit more than a good secondary helps the D line.
Obvs very player and tactics dependent.
What you people think? Wild take?

Depending on the personnel, probably both.Danchinho wrote: Fri Apr 24, 2026 2:23 am I have the impression that a good D line helps the secondary a little bit more than a good secondary helps the D line.

Boston, McDonald, Pregnon, Bisontis.
Any of them would be a win and they would all be Day 1 starters.

I still want Pregnon. First rd talent, position of need, and day 1 starter. Kid is a BEAST. Hopefully, JPJ becomes the player we think he is (and is injury free) and we will have a dominant interior. We would go from having one of the worst interiors to one of the best. Give Mendoza and Jeanty a real chance. I would love this. Can you imagine this interior with baby Ironhead (who will be a fan favorite)? We can still grab a good WR in FA (buy us time).

We 100% should draft a NT in Round 2. The 3-4 defense doesn't work unless you have that big 0-technique run-stuffer in the middle.
