Why isnt there a RIP thread for the Meathead?
Mostly a character actor but a very notable director.
Biggest role was obviously on All in the Family. Saw him on an episode of the Odd Couple as Sheld'n. No "o" in Sheld'n. He was also in Bullets Over Broadway. Pretty funny movie that he had a small acting part.
What a way to go.

Director/Producer of some amazing movies including a couple of my favorites: This is Spinal Tap and Princess Bride. And plenty of nostalgic memories of Reiner as Meathead in All in the Family.
