Maxx can be the leader of the team, give 100% etc and at the same time not have the total, overall outlook necessary for the team to be successful.

He wanted to go to the Ravens because of the utter crap of the Raiders as a franchise. Thats understandable. At the same time him being shut down was the right move because had we one just one game more we wouldn’t have Mendoza.
