Viewers Tiring Of The Manning Cast?

The ManningCast used to routinely garner 1.5 million viewers. This season it averaged a little over 800K and often drew 600K.

I know I routinely switched back to the regular broadcast because they got away from analyzing plays and got more into hyping up their guests and it became painfully boring a lot of times.

i haven't had the chance to watch it much because the streaming service I usually have doesn't carry it but sometimes I use a different service and manage to catch it. It does seem like the ManningCast, and other alternative broadcasts, are subobtimal if you actually care about the game because the game is like background noise to them a lot of the time. If the game is background noise to you then it works just fine. For me it was fine while watching Texans-Steelers because it didn't matter that much to me so I wouldn't have been that focused on it anyway.

I agree. I never have watched these alternative broadcasts I am there to watch the game. Like you said it seems like the game is secondary

Didn't even know this existed. I have so many other things to do. When I do watch tv it's pretty much just football and there they are. So sick of those two especially Payton. Does he feel the need to be in every commercial/spotlight? Guy seems to never say no to more money and more attention.

They were funny as hell when they first started. I'll never forget Eli asking which one somebody would prefer; Peyton's helmet full of quarters, or $10,000 cash? I cracked up the rest of the night. Last time I watched, it seemed they were running out of material. More and more I watch games on mute.
