Poker room had a security flaw (a backdoor that could exploit the site), don't really have a fix for it at the moment so it's on the back burner.
Chat wasn't getting used much, didn't want a new user to enter the site and have the first post they see on the main page be from several weeks ago, they'd think we're dead so removed it. Maybe I'll try putting it back up on game days and see if that kick starts it, but otherwise, we'll just go with what we have now.
