None of us are getting younger. The life these rock stars lead contributes to their early demise. It sucks but, that's the truth of it. I'm sure there are other extenuating circumstatnces but, the lifestyle contributes heavily.

Petty dying at 67 shocked me. I saw him many times live, and he always looked so full of life.

Wow; you talking about the one Birmingham….
Seriously Ozzy should have died a long time ago the way he lived his life; Sabbath was one of the first bands I got into when I was a teenager; they produced some of rock greatest music; and Tony Iommi is up there as one of all time great as a guitarist….

Saw Sabbath with Ozzy in Milton Keyne in 1990 ish time; was a great show but the guys were in their 50’s so there could move about and also Bill Ward did a one off show with then at that show; as they were playing in front of about 50,000 people

i remember sitting at the park with all of my buddies partying and getting wasted when klos bulletin hit that randy rhoads was dead ...it was dead silent for a while (shock) we had just seen him in los angeles at the sport arena "diary of a madman tour"

yep birmingham ...wow it costed me an arm and a leg ticket,flight,hotel,food but it was well worth it ..."got to see him one last time"
