Dr. Lin Xianfeng and his team at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital in Hangzhou have developed Bone-02, a bioabsorbable adhesive that bonds bone fragments in blood-soaked conditions and cures in two to three minutes via minimally invasive injection. The glue, inspired by oyster adhesion, has treated over 150 patients with complex fractures such as shattered wrists and femurs, enabling faster recoveries without metal hardware and biodegrading in three to six months alongside bone remodeling. Announced in mid-September 2025, early trials report no infections or re-fractures, pending full regulatory approval.

Even if it were currently commercially available, it wouldn't help Tyreek because, more than likely, (according to physicians who analyzed what they saw on tape) he did not break bones.

It could help his family if they glue his foot to the floor.
