One of the simulator sites. Forced the trade with Ravens and he was there. Obviously a crap shoot.

I hope Ty Simpson goes early and pushes more blue chips down.

1st - Fernando Mendoza QB
1st Vega Ioane LB
2nd Jacob Rodriguez LB
3rd Deontay Corleone NT

That my ideal day 1 & 2 haul even before FA

Corleone was a fav of mines last year at 6’1 335 his athleticism is off the charts for a guy his size although the stats aren't there this year he has a lot of potential the same could be said of Rodriquez aswell

I think we do have some talent on that DL in Hemingway & Pegues even Wilson could make a jump with that move to a 3-4.

Porter & Richardson have flashed some talent at corner that i hope we can develop further, the only position i worry about is LB

He likely will. QB's are so over drafted these days.

And how badass will it be to have a Corleone on our team? The Boss will love it!

Tankathon has us taking a WR at 14. Not gonna happen. Lines and D after Mendo.

FA might determine that i could see us signing Shaheed then forgoing WR in the draft

With us having Bowers i don't think we need that true No.1 option right now

Shadeed, Tucker, Bech, Thornton at WR with Bowers & Mayer at TE feels like a solid enough room, if we do want alto add a WR then maybe use one of those 4th to add a bunch of depth

This^ so much. We have needs at every level on both sides of the ball, so BPA has to be the pick. I'm hoping a good DT prospect falls to us who also happens to be the BPA.

DT position likely wont be BPA at 14. It's possible in 2nd round but not at 14. Not to mention DT is deep this year.

You're likely right. We have needs everywhere anyway so it's going to be hard to build a consensus on who we should take with that pick.

The only thing I'll definitively say is that I don't want us trading out of that position.

The draft just got a lot more complicated for our scouting staff. Let's hope they're up to the job.

If he is throughly vetted it could be an interesting move.
I think he’s gonna be an absolute monster

5'11 with exceptional route tree skills. Fast and athletic, his hands are outstanding. But I do not think he makes it to us. He will go around 10 or so is my guess. Texans will have a hard time passing on him.

I’d rather trade back than take OL. Depending on free agency of course.
Imagine trading back for another 2nd and still landing a top DL or LB?

If there's a monster at guard who's basically a sure fire hit - I would be all over that with the first pick. I don't know enough about most of the draft prospects at this point because all I've focused on is Mendoza and some of his teammates.
