The 2006 team was historically bad but the defense was better than it looked hampered by a terrible offense that finished last in nearly every metric. That team finished dead last scoring 168 points in 16 games. Art Shell and his baseball cap that was three sizes to small looked clueless on the sidelines. Plus you had the behind the scenes power struggle between Art and Mike Lombardi and "The Fox inThe Henhouse" bullshit.

I hated to see Art go out that way.
This years team has scored 196 points so for in 14 games but this era is more favorable for offense's. Most of our losses have been blowouts. Mark Davis's current clown show makes me envious of 2006.
Honestly, I think this team is worse regardless of how the last two games go. And Kansas City will give us the mother of all smackdowns.
