Unless he's been shootin' blanks all these years, there may be a few DNA tests post mortem.

I think he should build the team from the inside(lines) outwardly(WR, RB, CB, LB, S)
Of course if a great player is sitting there than yes, draft him.
4-13 with JJ
JJ walks
Draft another RB
4-13
Doesn't make sense

Go all in Fernandez..but Jets are going to get him
Then go all in on Dante Moore and hire a QB whisperer for QB coach, trade back into the 1st and draft a WR1 or OT..probably OT.
Overspend in FA for WR1, Guard, DT, CB, LB...But try to hit on at least one of these positions in the draft 2-5
Pete gets one more year to show improvement..if we are 2-5 with crappy losses and no sign of development or improvement at this time next year..Ask him politely to resign and recruit an offensive guru who wants to coach a young QB. If we're 2-5 but its one score losses and/ or the players are showing development and grit..Pete stays
The 2027, draft for need what you didn't get in 2025. I would expect 10 wins out of Pete in year 3..nothing less--Also, start planning for the handoff to next HC--not a rebuild but a handoff like what Jerry did with Barry Switzer back in the day.
Another option is draft a WR1 in 2026 or OT and draft the QB Taylen Green out of Arkansas in in the 2nd (or 3rd if he's still there) as project QB..if he works out then boom we got the QB if not, QB in 2027 while filling the other needs in 2026

Keep 'em all. Stop with the constant change bullshit. A coach and a GM need time to figure shit out and get the personnel they want. Spytek and Old Man River are proven commodities. Let's see what they can do.
As others have noted, Mark's not going anywhere. Get ovah it!

Good Lord I hope he’s shooting blanks. Been ready for awhile for this franchise to move on from all things Davis.raiderboyron wrote: Wed Oct 22, 2025 9:08 am Unless he's been shootin' blanks all these years, there may be a few DNA tests post mortem.

Mark cannot fix this because he broke it to begin with and he could not fix a flat if you changed out the tire, balanced it and put it on the car and gave him the lug wrench to tighten one last lug nut.

He’d puncture the new tire in 3 seconds flat. (Pun intended)Attyla wrote: Thu Oct 23, 2025 6:10 am Mark cannot fix this because he broke it to begin with and he could not fix a flat if you changed out the tire, balanced it and put it on the car and gave him the lug wrench to tighten one last lug nut.

I'd say he would strip the lug nut or the stud, but I doubt he's that strongGoodTimeCharlie wrote: Thu Oct 23, 2025 6:36 am He’d puncture the new tire in 3 seconds flat. (Pun intended)

Carlsons been here awhile also.heavyD wrote: Mon Oct 20, 2025 7:17 am It seems the only way he can fix the Raiders is to sell the team. The players, the coaches, the GM’s all change, but the losing continues. It’s like everyone that joins the organization gets worse at their job jobs. He’s the lone constant. The last stone unturned.

get the team an identity, we currently move the ball more by accident than an actual gameplan, fire whoever thought the offensive line was nfdl ready, chip looks pissed so im looking at spytek.
there must be free agents more capable than our turnstiles, either get some old bastards that can give the quarterback some time or some road graders and rumble the ball downfield. get us fans something, anything to cling to.
defense is difficult to judge, there breathing out their back eye by half time with our useless offense.
the special teams guy must qualify for the special olympics, ive been following since the eighties and this has to be the worst ive seen it run, annoying since we know our kicker is capable and our punter is likely our best player.
he needs a pink sllp.

so he began partying too much because of the pain of being moved to a position he could not understand?Raider727 wrote: Sun Oct 26, 2025 12:19 am
didn't know were to post this but it gives a little insight on the organization
Translation, I was partying too much and did not bother to learn how to play in the secondary.
Translation, I was just partying too much.
Translation, I was cashing checks.

Maybe. But all I know is he's balling right now for the Lions. Dan Campbell effect?Attyla wrote: Sun Oct 26, 2025 4:44 am so he began partying too much because of the pain of being moved to a position he could not understand?

Temptation of Vegas is a powerful thing. Detroit has less such temptation. And I suspect there was some serious accountability that goes with being part of a great team.BoKnows81 wrote: Sun Oct 26, 2025 5:11 am Maybe. But all I know is he's balling right now for the Lions. Dan Campbell effect?
That is leadership. Both McDaniels and Pierce had not a bit I suspect. Gruden for all of his shit show antics did have a higher level of accountability with his players, well other than penalties.
