On to the Bears
That was a game to forget in DC but we return home again a team that won’t have a few days in us to prepare.
Maybe that will help.

Always liked Da Bears. I remember this game like it was yesterday. We were the reigning Super Bowl champs. Chicago had an up and coming defense that became one of the best in NFL history if not the best. The hitting was brutal.
Many journalists like to point to this matchup as some kind of seminal moment, the passing of the torch so to speak. I never saw it like that. We had a better team in 1985.
Walter Payton was the difference that day.

I know the raiders will win some games and I hope to see improvement as the year closes, but I shall not ever pick them to win in Pickem again lol.

Highly doubt the raiders will win again this year after what I saw last Sunday….think the team will start to get it together but at the end of season….
Here what will happen; we will be 1-13 with the number one draft spot ours; then the Raiders will win three games and move down to the number 5 spot….

Well, it was worst case scenario from a "crowd" standpoint for next Sunday.
One one hand, the Raiders beatdown will keep Raiders fans from buying tickets to the game. On the other, the Bears offensive output has their fanbase believing they've turned the corner, and are all in.
It's going to be ugly, and there's nothing we can do to stop it now. As said before, don't blame a single fan for not wanting to spend their money on the current product. But the Bears fans will.
It will go back to a heavy Raiders home crowd in Week 6 against the Titans, but this week will be brutal.

Bears will destroy us. Caleb Williams is a much better scrambler than Mariota, who, if not for a fumble, has 100+ yards by himself. Ben Johnson will scheme DJ Moore, Rome Odunze and Luther Burden open. The Bears have weapons. They are only weak rushing, but we won't be able to stop that.
If the last weeks are any indication, we won't get any pressure, Caleb will have all day to throw. We are going to get destroyed.

I will be at the game only because i bought tickets back when the hype train was saying we were going to great again..
And also because i have tickets to see The Who at MGM after the game (and Tears for Fears the night before) ..so the weekend will only be interrupted for about three hrs at Allegiant..I fully expect there to be large contingent of Bears fans but they would be there regardless. I have seen the Bears Raiders twice, Once in London where Raiders won a great game..and they one in Allegiant the day before Gruden was canned and Bears fans travel. Funny since they struggled for so long like us, Browns, Jets, and Cowboys to a certain degree.

Facts. Plus you know Ben Johnson will have a few trick plays he'll use that the defense won't be ready for. There's a less than 2% chance the Raiders win this game. They've been historically bad with scrambling/running QBs.mranquales wrote: Mon Sep 22, 2025 11:55 am Bears will destroy us. Don't get me wrong I love the Who, but aren't they on like their eleventh Farewell Tour? Are they all even touring now? can we make field goal range a couple of times to get on the board and can the defence keep the score somewhat respectable is where were at
