NFLPA report card - Facilities + coaches graded

Unread post by chucker »

The NFL won the legal battle to prevent the NFLPA from releasing results of their report cards to the public but, predictably, they've been successfully leaked. The Raiders got A's in almost everything. They got a B in travel - a category where a B wasn't bad. They got bad grades across the board for coaching, with OC receiving an F. Ownership got an A. Interestingly, the Steelers with the media-favorite Rooneys got one of the worst ownership grades.

Someone has compiled all the grades into a google sheet:

Seattle Home Field F
Raiders Home Field A-
We definitely aren't talking about HF Advantage Dorothy.

We have the only badge of a coaching position receiving an F.

Pretty much the only weak points for the Raiders have been fired. Aside from coaching, the report card was as favorable as any in the league.

It's just a way for players to evaluate what it's like to play for different organizations, and is an indication of what players might think of different aspects of the various teams in FA. Of course money is still the biggest factor.

Well it's clear the players felt the same way about the coaches as the fans did. I guess Mark deserves some credit for the rest as save for coaching it's probably as good a report card as you could hope for.

Mark Davis takes a lot of heat and hes been terrible at football decisions but he seemingly has done a good job outside of that.

Chip Kelly is so unlikeable

Spytek didnt oversee any recruitment last year. He was hired along with Carroll, he didnt run the process like he did this year. If the Kubiak hire goes south then its fair to blame him

They also graded each and every coach, which is more interesting than the facilities to us I think:

Carroll did not do well.
