What changes should the coaching staff make during the bye

What changes should Pete and staff make during the bye?
I think Geno is cooked and if O'Connell is ready he should be starting. Geno is not some newly drafted 1st round pick going through growing pains. Maybe, O'Connell can give the team a spark.
Try adjusting the O-line a bit but I'm sure the coaches think they're playing the best combo of players in that group. Worth trying something new?
Thoughts on what adjustments can be made?

Get someone else to call the offensive plays. Maybe try a different QB if the play calling change doesn't fix some of the problems. If those changes don't help, start planning for next years draft and free agent signings.

Unfortunately right now Pete looks like the problem. The team was better last year.

All of them.
Seriously though, in any order...
Trade Maxx
Trade JPJ
Trade Meyers
Trade Mayer
Fire Pete
Fire Chip
Fire Graham
There's probably more

Yep. PC is in over his head. He has no talent to work with, for the most part. He's old. He has no future here. I don't dislike him at all.... just being honest. PG sucks ass . Kelly sucks ass. This team is devoid of talent.... although, it does have some elite talent. It's a strange place to be right now. I'm all in on trading Maxx at this point..... for what???? I have no idea...lol.

Well, Pete needs to make some big changes before they are made for him.

Staff should fire themselves

Absolutely pathetic.....team lacks talent but this staff makes it far worse...We're overpaying Chip Kelly as bad as Geno.....Terrible coaching hires and personell decisions top to bottom.......Fire them All,Carroll, his son,Kelly and McMahon for starters

This is the problem with an old HC that doesn't think the game passed him by. They are stubborn.

Starting with the next practice, get Pickett ready to start in Week 9. Change out the O-line with at least one of the rookies.

Can coaches be demoted? I dont mean fired, I mean demoted? Chip kelly should be the new janitor, Patrick Graham the new laundry guy, and Pete Carrol the new waterboy. Maybe if they are humiliated publicly they will retire and we can get out of the contacts.

I'm not trading JPJ until I see what he can do at Center for a season. Trading Micheal Mayer is stupid; your TE spot is completely solidified for the next decade. Why ruin that?
At this point, I'm all for trading Maxx Crosby. He's overrated, and he's too friendly and political to ever be a real factor on this team. Jerry Jones had the right idea, and the Cowboys are a better team for it. Now, and in the future.
Trading Mack I was against, but that was because Mack was so much better and more of a factor than Maxx is. Getting rid of Maxx won't change our defense much, if at all.

Raiders should bring in IK Enemkpali to punch Geno's face in. Gramps should fire his son and then retire or kill himself.
Progress.

I just hope he doesn't coach himself out of what should be a HOF career. I am not sure the game has passed him by but I do believe Geno will take him down if he continues to give him the ball.
I guess a steadfast belief in a player like Geno fit the definition of stubborn.

I hated the idea of hiring Pete. It's going even worse than I expected and we need to get out of this after the season.
