The league would be better without the Raiders and the Browns. Let’s go down to 30 teams. Throw the Raiders on the trash heap of history.

The league is better when both teams are relevant. The Raiders and the Browns have arguably the most devoted fanbase East of Philly. IMO anyone who had stuck around with this team doesn't need to have their commitment questioned. Their sanity sure, but if anyone who keep signing up for this misery year after year?
In general though: if a fan is really just a fan of player on a team, rather than the team itself that certainly raises question marks.
