I have been a follower of this team since the 1960s. Watched some amazing teams. Those Monday nights where we were unbeatable. Amazing teams, and amazing wins.

We haven’t done shit for over 20 years. This is the biggest joke in the f[raiders_icon]cking league. I lived in Boston for 18 years through the Patriots being basically Super Bowl contenders every year and everyone asked me why don’t just change teams I said some Raiders fan we don’t change teams.

Well, I’m not changing teams, but I see no point in watching this shit anymore, does this ruin the day for you already? The text are coming in from my friends same thing every week every month every year

Were you at the 2006 game in Seattle when Walter was sacked 9 times I the torrential rain? I have never been so cold in my life. The hot buttered rum in my thermos helped in keeping me comfortably numb.

I usually have a good experience at Seahawks-Raiders game because the older fans miss the rivalry.

Was that the game when the Raiders recovered a fumble and then slid into the end zone and were tagged for a safety? I was at the game. I got a real soaking as it rained all afternoon. BTW, they changed the rule because of that play, yet another rule change due to something that happened during a Raiders game.

But seriously, the look at me shit is way way too stupid. You want to quit, just quit. And if you do quit and do a "look at me" thread expect to be rim jobbed for it. I don't care if someone quits. But look at me is low hanging fruit and deserves to be entertaining. I am entertaining enough to exploit it.

Wasn’t there, last Hawks/Raiders game I was at was in Oakland, 2010 Halloween game and it was a lot of fun. My last time in the real Black Hole and we stomped them by 30.

He's moving on while the rest of us idiots continue to support a franchise that would lose to the Washington Generals by 40. While I think its rash, I can certainly understand the sentiment and how he got there. Nothing suggests this ship is going to be righted soon. That means the rest of us are back with the definition of insanity "doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results."

Personally, I don't expect the Raiders to ever be good again in my lifetime.

Oh, I understand the frustration, all too well. The manor in which this team has engineered losing over the years, most of it self inflicted, is the stuff of a Boris Pasternak novel. But there is no need for a proclamation. Just finish your cold one, pay your tab and go home for the day. As Ted Hendricks once said. "It's in the can."

Honestly, I think this team is closer than it looks.
