Not really. Its day three where we really don't know the players. Half will get cut in a year.

Someone might pull the trigger but there's been reports that he needs more surgery on the knee and if so, will be out for this year too & could be career ending. Wouldn't touch him until 7th

So it balances the scales if we take a player who made some bad decisions. I get it that he screwed up, but learning from the mistakes is where you dig in to learn about the player. Kiffin seems to have fixed him

Supposedly, it's not the knee he had the ACL surgery on. It's the "good" knee that has a weird bone growth that would need major surgery.

So you've got a great college player at a position that requires lateral quickness, with two bad knees. Somebody will take a flyer at some point, but it's an open question whether he ever sees the field.

This is where we have to just trust the coach and GM. We are not privy to interviews and have no idea if he showed maturity and humility about past mistakes or not. Im fine taking someone who has matured and grown from the experience but we have no way of knowing that.

I am not going to look it up (research it) but there were some high profile cases, I think one a LB the other a RB, that had ripped up knees that would have been a first round pick that lasted way into the draft. I think one turned out to be a solid pick but the other never had an impact as a player. Hey, we took a gamble on Tyree Wilson with his broken foot and look how that turned out. Just kidding-- I know the foot is not his limiting factor.
