Free agency opens March 11. CBS Sports has their top 50 ranking. No Raiders on the list. I am surprised at a couple rated high - Aaron Rodgers and Daniel Jones. Lots of wide receivers

Theres a few players who im not against resigning but not a single player who is a big loss. Our 2026 roster should be significantly more talented than 2025 if they dont fudge it up.

There aren't any key players to re-sign. If there's a guy who can be a solid starter or depth piece then there's no issue with bringing him back at the right price. Honestly we don't even have many guys who could be argued are solid starters that are headed to UFA.
I think Stokes fits as a solid starter. Carlson is a solid kicker..... potentially better, but you can't pay him for the chance that he becomes a top kicker again. Bobenmeyer is just a long snapper, but you may bring him back for a decent price or could move on - if Carlson returns then you may as well keep the specialists together and bring Bobenmeyer back too. I'd make an offer to Koonce that's a lot less than he got in 2025, but if he leaves then that's fine - bringing him back might be a win because he'll be another year removed from injury and he might perform.
Booker and Meredith are decent depth/role players and are RFAs so you have the negotiating position that they could be brought back for a relatively cheap price to compete.
Snowden, Kelly and Putnam are all ERFAs which means they can be signed for minimum salaries with zero signing bonus - it's a no-brainer to tender them as ERFAs.
This year, the key FAs will not be our own. And if ours leave, we will not get comp picks because they're not going to be coveted by other teams either.

Boobysniffer can go. I feel like any kicking issues have only been present since he’s been here. Never should have gotten rid of Sieg

Key Raiders 2026 Free Agents (Unrestricted/Expiring):
Jamal Adams (LB)
Malcolm Koonce (DE)
Zamir White (RB)
Dylan Parham (G)
Kenny Pickett (QB)
Daniel Carlson (K)
Tyler Lockett (WR)
Darnay Holmes (CB)
Stone Forsythe (T)
Raheem Mostert (RB)
Elandon Roberts (LB)
Eric Stokes (CB)
Ian Thomas (TE)
Devin White (LB)
Lonnie Johnson Jr. (S)
Jon Rhattigan (LB)
Alex Bachman (WR)
Jacob Bobenmoyer (LS)
Restricted/Exclusive Rights Free Agents (ERFAs):
Thomas Booker IV (DT)
Jordan Meredith (C/G)
Kyu Blu Kelly (CB)
Tristin McCollum (S)
Will Putnam (C)
Charles Snowden (DE)
J. Adams - I’d bring back as LBer only on the cheap (you’ll hear me say this with all these players I’d think of resigning). He played far better than D.White &, shoulda got more PT over him. He looks like a really good rotation piece. Looked solid in coverage &, was a missile flying to the ball.
DE M. Koonce - Played better down the stretch but, horrible before that. Maybe just due to first year recovery. Next year could be more like his pre injury year. Resign at no more than 5m.
K D.Carlson - Resign at less than this last contract since he played a lot worse the last two seasons. I think he’ll regain his good form. But resign only without a raise.
CB E.Stokes - If he fits the new DC’s scheme, resign at no more than 8m. Otherwise, let him walk. He played solid this year.
LS Bobenmeyer - Resign without a raise or a minimal one…if he’s good lol. Cause I have no idea if he’s a good LS or not. I don’t pay attention to that.
DT T.Booker - He showed some juice at times. Bring him back on the minimum. If not, he can walk.
OG J.Meredith - Resign on the cheap. He’s a very good backup &, showed to be a solid starting G. Not C. He’s a very good depth piece at OG.
The rest can walk. Parham needed to go two years ago. All the secondary on that list aside from Stokes are absolute trash! They walk. Both RB’s, bye!
Bachman if he’s a good special teamer, ok. Snowden, nah but, wouldn’t be mad on the cheap.

I like what I've seen from Alec Pierce, but his numbers are a bit confusing...yards per catch led the NFL for the 2nd year in a row but his receptions vs targets seem odd...plus he'll probably be asking $20 Mil per.
Seen his number as around 30m!

Not a fan of Quay. I watch a lot of Packers and Green Bays had a million versions of him. Will rack up a bunch of tackles while making almost no impact. The king of tackles for 5+ yard gains. He is also good for a handful of utterly bone-headed personal fouls every year.
Devin Lloyd would be my choice. Gonna get a huge deal but he’s worth it imo.

Brady Christensen would be a great get for the offensive line. He can play every position well! In my opinion he could easily improve RT until Grant is ready and move Glaze inside to G.

That would not surprise me at all...I get disappointed sometimes, but rarely do I get surprised.

Definitely would try to keep Stokes.
I’m sure they’ll keep Booker since Spark made the move for him last year

If we hire Kubiak, I could certainly see him luring Walker over as he will know the system and would complement Jeanty. He's a blazer that can catch balls out of the backfield and rarely fumbles.

Have not seen a lot of Walker but he's a hitter and a good tackler...and considering the Raiders are among the worst at tacklers in the game, we could use some help.
I followed Tommy Eichenberg a bit when he was at OSU and admired the way he flew all over the field and was glad when we drafted him and glad to see him finally get some time this past season...he and Walker could make a good combo.
We could really use some players on defense like Villapiano, Millen, Tatum, and Atkinson intimidating and punishing the opposition. Yeah, we were always among the most penalized teams in the game, but we still managed to come out on top. Seems like forever since the Raiders used to scare the hell out of other teams...not anymore.

Not really allowed to intimidate in that way anymore. Sure you have the Raven vs Steelers games that harken back to the hard-hitting days of yore, but those games also produce up to 7 more penalties called than the NFL average.
The way you intimidate now is by being smarter rather than meaner. Make the QB “see ghosts”, or like the recent Charger vs Patriots game where Spillane said he was told postgame by Charger players that they had no idea what coverages the Patriots were running.
In essence, we need better (smarter) coaching, and better (smarter) players, but that’s nothing new.

Lloyd would be a solid start for LB group. The defense needs a few more dogs besides Maxx.
I also would for Adams to come back in a complementary roll.
IS White worth signing again? He seemed to play with energy.
