When he found out about the meeting JJ Watt said that teams who have players only meetings should "go ahead and book your January vacations, it is over".

I can't stand him. Can't beat a good team ever and acts so smug. Wearing sweats with one leg hiked up and ladies glasses is not a good look.

The 1980 Raiders had a players only meeting after they started the season 2-3. Sometimes the dysfunction functions.
McDaniels schtick has run its course in Miami.
