I'm assuming that Rob Leonard is really high on some of his boys there (except Tyree of course). He'd know better than anyone. But yeah, on paper that's a not a very impressive group.

This is the most draft I have watched on TV in years. But, recovering from Achilles tendon surgery, what else do I have to do? I have toggled between the draft and a great NBA game between Detroit and Orlando.

What did we get back in the trade?

I wish we would have gotten a DT but im pretty happy with the draft, we really added a lot of new talent to our secondary which has been pretty bad for a long time. Hopefully we hit on few good ones in this draft. Also im guessing Kubiac is happy overall with our WR room, maybe the guys we drafted last year are ready to make the leap.

I have to say, I really like the adept maneuvering around the many rounds using trades both up and down. We will know in late 2026 how well they did.

PLAYER ANALYSIS
Harris is a disruptive, alignment-versatile interior defender with mismatch traits and untapped potential. Though he lacks the contact balance/hand usage to cleanly control block engagements, he consistently recovers and often reemerges to help finish the play. He often overwhelms single blocks and disrupts run schemes from a gap away. He wasn't asked to two-gap at Ole Miss very often, but has the tools for the task. He’s a pocket-pushing rusher, but with better hand work he should see a boost in pressure production. While Harris can play 3-,4- and 5-techniques, his best NFL fit might be nose tackle. Harris has the potential to be picked as early as Day 2 of the draft, but teams will need to examine his arrests from 2023 and 2024 as part of the evaluation.
