Geno playing for the Raiders is like Baker Mayfield playing for the Browns and Panthers, Sam Darnold playing for the Jets and Panthers, Aaron Rodgers and Russell Wilson playing for the Jets, Deshaun Watson playing for the Browns.
I doubt Mahomes or any NFL QB would have success with the current Raiders team and play calling.

It goes deeper than the lack of talent, that stench of losing has permeated for over two decades. This will take a complete rebuild and most likely 3 draft classes of non busts at the top.
