Brennan Carroll and his assistant OL line coach are gone. All is good in the world.

I'm assuming that they ran the list by KK and the coaches not fired yet are some he might consider keeping?

I'm happy to see Leonard, Woods and Steckel still at least under consideration to stick around. The rest would range from meh down to Brennan Carroll. By the way, Brennan Carroll should probably get some kind of "worst NFL assistant of the year" award named after him.

I used to think the 2 headed monster of OL coaching was under Shell v2. But I do believe this year was worse. And that's hard to do

Although Jim Schwartz had a top 4 def in Cleveland, last year, he was passed over by Browns ownership for Monkin. I’d love to see him come to Vegas. Would help Kubiak in countless ways
I'd be ecstatic if we could somehow land Schwartz

Let's get ourselves a kickass impact blocking Fullback.
The kind that always has a broken nose.

Nate Carroll was a more typical and harmless nepotism example - a low level coach who was not instrumental to team success. There are a lot of head coaches' sons on teams around the league, and it doesn't really matter if they aren't good at their jobs.

Then there are some who turn out to be good at their jobs, but they prove that with actual success away from daddy. Like Klint Kubiak. Nepotism doesn't always turn out bad.

This team got neutered by “nepobabies”. Owner to coaches.

At least with Klint he learned to stand on his own. You don’t hit the oil fields cause Dad opened doors undeservedly. Looks like Gary made sure his boys became men. It’s probably a big reason for his sons’ success.

People worried about his guy picking up Kubiak's system. 14 minute mark he talks about Kubiak.

How about the QC being let go. We actually had Quality Control, could have fooled everyone.
