we were on the boards draft day talking about it...raiders traded down in the 2nd thinking that johnson would still be there at #48...arizona scooped him up at #47...raiders promptly traded out at #48 and drafted beck later in the round

of course, with all this, we'll never know what would have happened/the road less travelled...the only positive is that the raiders didn't blow their last two 1st rounders like they normally do [bowers and jeanty]...we're used to screaming after every first round, that's a slight positive trend...
