Our new first time Head Coach has hired a guy with 4 years experience as a Head Coach and 23 total years of coaching experience in the NFL to be his Senior Assistant.

If this doesn’t make sense to you, dig deeper.

McCoy is just the undercard hire to wet our whistle, he's just window dressing. We all know the next BIG hire will be the DC and to a lesser degree the QB and Oline coach/ Run Game Coordiantor..

Lane Kiffin was garbage.

Bill Bellicheck could be compared to garbage as the Brown’s HC.

Saban was garbage in Miami.

The projection of some to call others garbage when they don’t know the person, they don’t know how interact and teach players, they don’t know much at all but are expert enough to call someone, in a very exclusive community of professionals, garbage is utterly fascinating.

Lane's problem was he was right and knew more than Al, yet didn't "know his place".

Lane could have done great things and he was right about the draft choice!

McCoy really fell off the radar. I always thought it was amazing how much he got out of Orton and Tebow with the Broncos about 15 years ago.

Agreed..when he got stuck with Tebow he made them into an excellent rushing team.Started out well in San Diego..second year wasn’t bad either..

Didn’t remember he was the youngest active coach at the time..

As bad as Ward was, McCoy got a ton more out of him than the "QB Guru"
