TBH that is common with every team, business, or whatever. If things are good it is easy to ignore the bad, but when things aren't gping well the finger pointing starts. Expect more of this and a lot of this, going forward if we continue to lose, which we will because we have the worst QB since Jay Schrader. I will rather have a one legged DC over INT Smith. I would rather find Jamarcus Russell's crack house and suit him up, I would rather give Krapernick a red carpet for his knee to kneel on during the National Athem while he scampers around the field, then watch this fraud of a QB play 1 more down. Can we please start KP? I don't even care if he throws an int.

Maybe you’re right I’m just going off the following posts.Atlasffa wrote: Mon Oct 06, 2025 1:59 pm Other than Pratt, I haven't seen players posting negative things. I haven't seen credible journalists posting negative comments about player/coach conflict. Fans post negative things all the time. Usually they are just guessing or projecting or stirring up crap because they can. But my X posts different things than yours and maybe you are seeing things I have not.
I will add that whatever was said or happened with JPJ, he is performing at a high level. Something worked.

Madden (I think) once said every head coach gets a honeymoon period when he comes in with a new staff, new attitude, new way of doing things, etc, BUT the players need to see results for that honeymoon period to continue. It's all well and good to say "We're gonna do X", but you need to follow it up by winning games or at least being competitive. For the most part this year, we haven't.

I agree. At the end of the day, this is all on leadership. Hopefully they find a way to get the team to respond because, as of now, things are a mess, and we got here very quickly.Sir Raider Duck, OMS wrote: Mon Oct 06, 2025 2:35 pm Madden (I think) once said every head coach gets a honeymoon period when he comes in with a new staff, new attitude, new way of doing things, etc, BUT the players need to see results for that honeymoon period to continue. You don’t go to the Raiders to win or to even try. You go to the Raiders to get the most money for the least effort. Sapp was proof of that. Pratt just didn’t try a little too hard. Even fellow Raiders saw it.

This coaching staff is a disaster...Hiring guys not competent for their jobs,an OC who refuses to adapt or is too stubborn to change what is clearly not working and a HC that insists on running his Cover 3 scheme.
Add in the lack of talent on defense and the not necessary extending a QB who has never proven to be worth what we are paying him it's a disaster all around.
Winning cures alot of things or at least keeps the malcontents quieter...As the losses pile up things are really gonna get ugly......I still stand by Maxx requesting a trade this offseason.
Just fire the whole staff at years end...Keeping Pete and Co around while drafting players to fit his schemes only to start over again when he steps down/retires or is inevitably fired at some point makes no sense.....He always been known as a great motivator,if he can't even accomplish that he's already on the way out.

At least he went to Al and tried to give it back and was a great player at one time...Geno was never worth the $$$ we paid, even worse we could have had him prove his worth on the final or his contractToastPatterson wrote: Mon Oct 06, 2025 6:58 pm Javon Walker got 21 million for 15 receptions and 1 TD.

We are only five games into the season. Maybe Geno will settle down, who knows. Regardless, it's a bit early to be writing his obituary.Rainman56 wrote: Mon Oct 06, 2025 7:56 pm At least he went to Al and tried to give it back and was a great player at one time...Geno was never worth the $$$ we paid, even worse we could have had him prove his worth on the final or his contract![]()
