Brady called a game last year where Seattle lost 31-10 to Buffalo. Brady spent the whole broadcast glazing Geno despite his awful performance. If I had to guess, Brady is an emotional sucker for Geno's comeback story arc and probably feels like Darnold is the classic spoiled high draft pick.
I’ll have to catch that one…heck i would like a Buffalo/Seattle superbowl this year

Directing how to do things. I think on the Herd recently he said something that was big.
If he's not doing this with Geno I don't get it.
It was about coaches and the lack there of.
He said he was great because Bill would sit with him all the time to understand defenses Cover 0,1,2,3 Man etc. When you see this do this etc. He feels like next to no other QB has ever been given such an education.
So if he isn't doing this or planning to have someone do this with Geno, that would be puzzling. But if he is, well that is how he can help the team. Finding and directing coaches to do this.
He also shared in the past what he looks for in a QB, he wants the QB above all to know where he's going as he's walking up to center by scanning the D, the QB needs these faculties.
I watched that same interview and what he said was great. The problem is that he's not a coach of any kind. Almost regardless of who anyone is in any organization, they have their place and others have theirs. IOW, Brady doesn't have a place in the film room, locker room, nor even on the sidelines.
Chip Kelly is not going to allow Brady to take
any decision making power from him. No OC would.
Also, because of Brady's minority owner status, I don't know if he's allowed to be part of the coaching staff. I've never heard of that. Maybe it's happened before though?

Geezus h gentlemen, Darnold until last year was a Bust!
Did anyone want to give the kid 300 mill and get stuck with Ryan Leaf…
F#k Darnold and the horse he ride in on…
Far as Geno, he ain’t the guy either minus last game’s performance which was a joke, 3 potential scores he missed Bowers and Myers twice
F#k Geno as well….
Nix was there at 12, Why Why why didn’t the organization trade up for Nix in the 8 9 10 range that draft?
There are 5 legit QB prospects in 26 draft, gotta get 1
Telescope was famous in San Diego for letting the draft come to him.

I'm not suggesting Brady doing any coaching and imo he does have power to make this happen. Make sure his QB's are being taught defenses and know what to do prior to snap. Imo that can be an order from above given down, DEW IT! How passionate he was about this, I wouldn't understand why this isn't or soon will be happening. It makes no sense believing in that as strongly as he does and then his team he glosses over it like a PE Teacher would.

Tom seems to live in a few heads here. Amusing.
Go Raiders
I’ve made peace with the fact that he’s going to be the future owner of the Raiders.
Buddy of Mark, Mark has no kids, lives in Vegas, scales up an ownership group like he did to become a limited partner. Etc.
Is this far fetched? Quite possible. It’s also in the realm of possibilities.
One thing is for sure, if he somehow gets a group together with enough $ there is no way the rest of the owners would vote no.

The difference is pretty telling, they hate the game vs the Steelers by hating the Steelers. Hating Brady for the tuck game is weird since he had nothing to do with it other than walking toward the sidelines thinking he had fumbled the game way. People hate Brady for something he never did, which is taking the game away from the Raiders. He never did that.

AP out there burning bridges
Excerpt
“This is unprecedented, what we’re seeing,” Pierce told Adam Schein of SiriusXM Mad Dog Radio. “I think I would be uncomfortable if it was the other way around, to be honest with you. Because you’re not dealing with just a normal person. Tom Brady is the elite of the elite, one of the greatest quarterbacks, one of the greatest players in the game, played against him obviously, student of the game.
“It’s not hard for him to watch a few things on a Friday practice or hear things in a production meeting and be like, ‘Hmm,’ and have tidbits. And you’d be foolish enough to think that he’s not gonna share that with the Raiders because we had those conversations about certain things.”
And there it is. The call from inside the house, sort of. Pierce knows the value of what Brady is doing while working games involving other teams because of who Brady is — and because Brady shared information with Pierce last year.
“I think everybody’s gonna give you the political answer and say, ‘Oh, it’s no big deal,’” Pierce added. “I’m calling BS on that because if me and you was to call the game, they’ll be secretive with us. Now you got a guy who’s a minority owner, a great player, you know he understands the game, you know he sees the game. He has obviously an interest in the Raiders. So I just think it’s unprecedented. We haven’t seen it. Again, I don’t want to talk above my means. I don’t know what the NFL has set for Tom Brady and his rules, but I know he was a great asset for us with the Raiders when I was there. And I think he’ll still be a great asset as he’s going forward and I think this does help him out, and the Raiders.”
The knowledge from Brady didn’t help the 2024 Raiders. By the time Brady’s bid was approved in October, it was too late to salvage the season. This year, it’s different.
“He was at training camp,” Pierce said. “He’s been around, he was at OTAs, he was in the draft meetings. He’s been around a lot more than he was last year with me. So our conversations were more about how we fix the Raiders. I think this year, you know, he built that team. I mean, those are a lot of his calls, right? I think even starting with [firing] me, you know, I think with me that was one of his calls. And again, Pete Carroll and Geno [Smith], like he’s heavily involved within the organization. So maybe last year that would have helped me out. But I didn’t have that from Tom last year.”
Here’s the reality. Even though the NFL knew or should have known that Brady should have been required to pick a lane, the situation wasn’t clear for most until the video emerged on Monday night of Brady in the coaches’ box, with a headset, a tablet, and a desperate effort to shrink in his seat once he realized he was on camera.
It’s now for the owners to rise up and demand change. But they won’t do it unless and until the Raiders become a consistent high-level contender.
At that point, Brady’s dual status suddenly will be regarded by plenty of teams as a threat to the game even bigger than the tush push. And they’ll try to clean up the mess that they themselves made by letting him own part of a team without resigning from Fox.

Don't mind Brady being minority owner or outright owning the team one day. As much as anyone may not like him, you had to respect him because he was that good.
Tuck game hurt but like it's been said it wasn't him making the call.

If he's burning a bridge with TB and Raiders, he may not have a future in football at all. What is he thinking? You don't burn bridges and for sure, you don't burn bridges with the well-connected GOAT.
