Brady is going to teach this kid how to properly torque a football and his arm strength will improve drastically. He talks about how he changed his motion on YouTube.

It fell off towards the end of his time in Denver, but it was more than adequate for most of his career. And I don’t see the big ego in Manning. I couldn’t imagine him slapping his team mate’s hand away that was trying to help him up. And everything points to Sanders’ shit attitude and big headedness coming out during the interview process.

Kid has some arm, but tends to throw off his back foot a lot. He has some nice touch and is not afraid of contact or getting the tough yard when he runs. He does use progressions and does not lock on a player. Small school product so he played weaker competition. He needs to learn to set up better so he is not relying on his arm alone.

He also is surrounded by more talent and is part of a winning machine which may make him look better than he is. Tough to evaluate QB's.

Lineman are much easier. . If you think a lineman looks pretty good in the FCS chances are he will be pretty good in the NFL. A lot of recent lineman like Zabel and McCormick moved up a lot during the draft process. If you want a really good TE, South Dakota State is a pretty good place to find one.

NDSU has shown mild interest in moving up a division, but they have been rebuked by conferences they have talked to so far.

Doesn't seem to have the strongest arm though.

Interested to see how his game translates against stronger competition, but there's a lot to like there.

But when he sets up and fires correctly he looks really good.

With a veteran starter, coming in, it makes little sense to spend much on the position this year. Geno I think can get 3 quality seasons here. AOC has 2 years left on his deal, so outside of a face plant, he should be able to finish the deal.

Maybe there’s someone who’s a big Buckeye here that could give a clue as to how much mobility is necessary for the QB in the offense Chip runs now. If AOC negates a portion of Chip’s O because of his lack of mobility, then he’s not long for this team.
