Dream or vision
I wanted to throw this out there because after a 5 mg gummy of melatonin I had a dream or a vision. Cam Ward went number 1 and Carolina traded up and got Shadeur. I apologize if this is just a stupid dream, but I wanted to put it on here for it happens. Now my question to you all would be would you rather those 2 be gone by pick 6 or do you want or wish they would be available after pick 4 or 5? I guess my subconscious is telling me I hope we don't trade up to get them and be happy with BPA.
You know, melatonin increases estrogen production, suppresses testosterone and also can stop your body from producing its own, especially at those levels. 1/100th of a gram of melatonin can also help trigger sleep. 5mg is just plain hormonal suicide.
Lay off the sauce my friend!
Well, we can listen to you....... the Raiderforum DR......
OR......We can listen to the Mayo Clinic.....
The hormone melatonin plays a role in the sleep-wake cycle. Natural levels of melatonin in the blood are highest at night. Some research suggests that melatonin supplements might be helpful in treating sleep disorders, such as delayed sleep phase. They also may provide some relief from insomnia and jet lag.
Melatonin is generally safe for short-term use. Unlike with many sleep medications, with melatonin you are unlikely to become dependent on it, have less response to it after repeated use or experience a hangover effect.
The most common melatonin side effects include:
Headache
Dizziness
Nausea
Daytime drowsiness
Other, less common melatonin side effects might include:
Vivid dreams or nightmares
Short-term feelings of depression
Irritability
Stomach cramps
Diarrhea
Constipation
Decreased appetite
Urinary incontinence at night
Increased risk of falls
Increased risk of seizures
Confusion or disorientation
Mood swings
Reduced alertness
Because melatonin can cause drowsiness, don't drive or use machinery within five hours of taking it.
Melatonin supplements can interact with some types of medicine, including:
Medicine that slows blood clotting
Medicine that prevents seizures
Birth control medicine
High blood pressure medicine
Diabetes medicine
Medicine that suppresses the immune system (immunosuppressants)
Medicine that is broken down by the liver
I'll keep taking my melatonin and keep dreaming I'm in a relationship with Salma Hayek.....
Thank you very little.

I suggest you use night lights unless you like playing burn the house down. Good god man. This is 2025 not 1025.
I turn the screen light on my Mac to low. And trust me, if the f[raiders_icon]cking sun is shining ..I'm sitting in its rays because I loathe winter.
And I like my sleep pattern the way it is.....12 AM to 9 AM. Put on a pot of coffee, read the paper, ( yes, I still read the paper) nothing like the feeling of a paper in my hands, and a daily crossword puzzle. ....... and then rest of the day is wide open.
Winters are rough. I am 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. during the season. Winters I am more like Midnight to 8-9:00 a.m. Yep, still read the paper myself. The old school is the only school.

So based on this thread, I purposefully tried to remember what I dreamed last night, and here it is:
My arm was injured and bandaged, but every time I flexed my arm this orange shit shot out of the wound so powerfully it blew through the bandage.
The end

The end
A premonition. Pete Carroll is gonna get Russell Wilson as QB. Orange shit can only refer to his bronco connection. The bandage is exactly what it means. A bandaid for our QB situation. You're Carnac!

Not so much with Jeff George, Kerry Collins, Aaron Brooks and much to my dismay Gardner Minshew.
I would rather see Russ than Aaron Rodgers.

Dream & Vision are 2 words that you should never associate with the Raiders...as Guydon says we are Cursed...everyone gets a hard on for the new regime & it always implodes...until I see results we still Suck!!!

This is so funny this thread popped up because every yesr I have nightmares about our team. This is the first year my summer dreams are not nightmares. Last night I had one where the D is just flying all over the place. I think we where playoff the Chargers. The Chargers got some garbage points at the end, but they literally couldn't even get a first down. I have been optimistic in the past but I will be shocked if we don't have a wining record. I am going to bet on the over. No way Pete allows this team to fail.
