Jack London Square is in Oakland. Much safer than SF!

Was there with an uncle when I was 12 years old. He was a teamster who told us that once, during a strike, they had a union meeting and there was a guy, with an Italian name from New York, who showed them how to make Molotov cocktails, among other things. Hoffa was still the President then. Times change.
