Figured it is best to start a new official thread around Kubiak being our HC as the other one was built up so much around the search. His introduction presser is at 11 PST today.

Reason and skill are two entirely different things. His skill started and ended with him yelling the word "Raiders." He took a championship level high school team and ran that into the ground.
