I think it has to do with the flow of the defense. They know one another's game in rotating backfields and at LB. Add they're all really good players and prospects.

He was a 5th round pick out of Cal. He's definitely gonna make the roster and compete. All of the db's drafted had at least 4 picks this year and play the ball well.
