I think it has to do with the flow of the defense. They know one another's game in rotating backfields and at LB. They've played together and know what the guy next to them is doing.

BTW Dalton Johnson led all of college football last year with 18 pass breakups.

Add they're all really good players and prospects.

He was a 5th round pick out of Cal. He's definitely gonna make the roster and compete. All of the db's drafted had at least 4 picks this year and play the ball well. Even Tanner Wall, udfa out of BYU had 4 picks this year. Leader of a good secondary
