Read this is the kind of player you build a team with.
From what I read he has a high motor, he flashed at LB with a very limited snaps.
One Colts fan said all he does is fly around on special teams. He's reliably available and doesn't shy away from the grind.
And backup at LB to boot.

Exactly, you want guys to practice like it is the game. You do more in practice than on game day.

This is the type of signing we would have previously made except trotting him out as a starter and crowing about it.

As funny as it sounds, moves like these are what should change our outlook, it's a complete 180 from the direction we took last year and the only conclusion I can take from it is that Pete had an even greater say in personel decisions than most of us knew, probably a stipulatino they agreed to when he took the job. The direction we're taking under Spyteks full control couldn't be any more different from the Pete led org.
Things are definitely looking up (would be even better if Ravens hadn't f[raiders_icon]cked us over).

Attacking offense, defense and special teams.
A couple years ago we hired Denvers ST coach whos unit ranked worst in the league.
Or maybe throw out there our starting slot receiver, Renfrow. Though the hit against the Chargers is timeless.
While other teams are deciding on thier next money signing, the Raiders are hiring some of the better low budget players.
Probably bc they're broke. Lol
