Janocko is a huge get. The exact giy i hoped for.
He knows Kubiaks offense.
Has hs QB coach dang it and
was with him in Minnesota, New Orleans and Seattle.

Oline coach i can care less about now. Just give these guys a 1000 reps and thell know what to do. Its not rocket science.

Huge

I saw a tweet earlier today that listed a few teams that had done that with coaches under 40. The one off the top of my head is the Rams from this past year who had McVay, Shula, and LaFleur from this past year (12-5 lost NFCCG). The 2021 Eagles had Sirianni, Steichen, and Gannon (9-8 with a WC loss).

The biggest caveat is both of those teams have two of the best GMs in the league in Les Snead and Howie Roseman. Spytek has his work cut out for him.

I suspect either Outten or Dennison will be the OL coach. The new Seattle OC Fluery will probably want to keep Benton considering the systems are practically the same.
Considering the QB coach requires a Rooney interview I would say the QB coach is considered higher?

I was thinking the same but wonder about the “coordinator” title. Peetz was also a hold over from the prior staff so who knows if Kubiak is interested in bringing him here.

I think Passing Game Coordinator is generally considered a higher position than QB coach if a team has a Passing Game Coordinator. Every team has a QB coach but until recent years many teams did not have the Passing Game Coordinator position. It seems like most, if not all, teams have that position now.

I think Kubiak and Janocko will share the duty on play calling; it alright calling the plays on the sideline but you get a way better view from press box on what plays the defense is using….

I think it was Kubiak himself during the intro press conference that said there are multiple voices talking the next play each time so I suspect it will be a quick conversation and then it is called in. Collaboration is not a bad thing.
