The Bills glaring problem seemed to be that they left Allen with subpar weapons for receivers. Wouldn't surprise me if they went WR.

Yeah Boston to Buf makes some sense.

Picking higher is always more ideal, but this team has so many holes and depth issues that it doesn't matter who we pick, they're going to be an upgrade and get playing time

My ideal picks tonight:

2nd - Kayden McDonald
3rd - Gennings Dunker
Trade back into 3rd to grab Skyler Bell

While not ideal, I would be OK with Jacob Rodriguez as well. Man that dude is a player. We could look back and ask why he wasn't a 1st rounder. They all just agreed on NFL.com that he will be DROY and I can totally see it.

I'm pointing out that the sugar high of winning a meaningless game has a cost that people ignored at the time. That reality is no playing itself out.

If the chiefs were playing for a playoff spot and had their starters playing I can understand wanting to destroy them and take them out but the game was meaningless and against their 3rd stringers. We hurt ourselves while helping them at the same time

I get it but I also think picking 3 spots higher is getting a bit blown out of proportion. Spytek will still have a group of players he likes and will still be able to get who he wants. Does it suck to not necessarily have the pick of the litter? Absolutely....is the pick so far down that you're getting blocked from the group of players you have your eyes on? No it doesn't

It depends on year, like this year we hit it big with Fern. But being 1rst in the second might not be a big deal this year, we won't know until the pick happens.
