I have never been a fan of Jones TBH. I appreciate his ball hawk mentality but he takes far to many chances (and usually comes out on the losing side). I think we needed Johnson either way. Losing Nate was already a loss. Hopefully one of the kids takes a step up this season.

There are a few corners just as good still out there. I hope we sign one post draft

But he tries to anticipate and jump the route and gets burned far too often...plus, he's not a tackler...he's a grabber.

Not at all concerned about him leaving.

No chance they’re going into the season with Bennett, Stokes, and Richardson as the guys they’re counting on. Still don’t think they’ll go CB at 6, but who knows!

Then he’ll sign with the Chiefs and have Pick 6 ‘s against us

Could Hunter be in play? I must admit, I do not like the announcement about Jones. This is something the last administration would have done. No way anyone is going to trade for him.

Cutting a guy that makes another hole that needs filling without his replacement on roster is bad management.

Maxx got double teamed quite often, so we could use some improvement from his team mates on the DL.

I said it before, round 1 of free agency is over. Round 2 begins post draft. We have a ton of money to work with and I expect a lot of players still to be added.
