Raiderstation

Just bear with me for a few days while I get everything working the way I want it to. Had a problem with migrating the old data to the new site, I need to get the points system working, it was functioning perfect on the developmental site but now it's all broken, but I'll get it soon, just hang tight.

Was on here right after it changed over but couldn't high five or post. Site looks smoother and faster though now! Good upgrade and worthy place! Been around this group since the "olden" days! PREMIUM anyone???

Question, am I dumb or can someone point me to how this new $$$ stuff works and what it's for? Sadly can't find anything on that.

We are going to open up a casino/sports book soon, the funds are used for that. Say hello to the Pit Boss! I get my old role back after a few years and some hasty words. Redemption is mine!!

I kid of course, I will be just watching over the games and helping out where I can. But I dig being the Pit Boss. Cool title!

I like the question asked. I usually refrain from such things but I was wondering how Trainnvain has $51K? I don't know how I got my paltry amount. How have people accumulated RaiderStation wealth and do banks accept it?

So, you can earn coins by posts, getting posts liked and you were given 1K to start soon after the site went live. You can also get some for donations to the site to help C with the upgrades. That is where those larger amounts are seen. The funds themselves can be used for gaming, and I believe we are rolling out some rewards you can buy with the fake money. Think custom titles etc. From what I was told this is going to be pretty cool stuff. All pretty much automated. But think sports book and some casino offerings. I don't want to ruin the roll out, which may be fairly soon.

Click on "Silver Dollars" at the top right and then click on the tab "Salary Cap". There is the list of how you can gain your Silver Dollars.

Make a donation to the site and see what happens.

Just a little bonus perk I threw in there. When the gambling starts up, we won't force anyone to buy silver dollars if they blow their wad, we'll be generous in helping out anyone who wants to continue to play. I recommend playing nice with Attyla because that may be his department

With that said, we've had a few very generous members donate (and we truly thank you for your contributions), and every donation will go back into the site, I currently have a developer working on the poker game as we speak, I am paying him to do it, so just know it's going back into the Raider Station. The game is fully functional and will be added soon, just fine tuning the look, I need it as close to perfect as I can get it before we open it up. I try not to ever do anything half ass for you guys.

So right now, the only purpose they serve is the leaderboard on the sidebar, which is a bragging rights type feature, but soon we'll have the poker room you can buy chips with the silver dollars. Soon after, I want to add a sportsbook betting feature, in the meantime, we can have manual betting on games, but eventually I want it coded up.

In the future I want a forum shop where the silver dollars can buy site features, maybe badges next to your avatars, stuff like that.

In the further future, I want to code up a blackjack room that matches our poker setup. We are the Las Vegas Raiders after all, we should have proper gambling options.

Do you get silver dollars for getting banned...asking for a friend;)

You actually LOSE 10 silver dollars for any warning you get. There's no mention of what happens for getting a time out.
