Zuhn's pass protection is elite by any measure. His 2025 tape showed a player who gave up almost nothing across over 400 pass-blocking reps, and his pressure numbers have dropped every year on campus. That sustained improvement tells you his technique and processing are real, not situational. The split between his pass blocking and run blocking is one of the wider gaps in this class, with his ground game grading out as average at best in 2025, but the pass-pro ceiling is the trait that gets him on a field.

The conventional take is that short arms push him inside. But Zuhn started 37 games at left tackle in the SEC and protected the blind side against the best pass rushers in college football. His 2025 pass-blocking tape was not compiled against Sun Belt defensive ends. He found ways to win with hand accuracy, foot quickness, and positioning even when he could not win with length, and that track record earns him a shot to stay outside in a zone-heavy scheme that values lateral movement. He also took snaps at center during his senior year and handled the transition smoothly, giving a coaching staff real flexibility on how to deploy him.

The run blocking needs to improve, and there will be reps where longer defenders create separation he cannot close. But Zuhn is a two-time captain with over 3,200 snaps who can keep a quarterback clean right now. The ceiling is a starting left tackle or center who grows into a more complete blocker with NFL coaching. The floor is a versatile swing lineman who can play multiple spots and contribute on Sund

Connor Lew & Sam Hecht were better C's. Maybe they aren't guards at all &, they wanted that versatility?

How the f[raiders_icon]ck do you go from starting 37 games at Left tackle to center? That's wild and impressive in itself

I just don’t understand why the club takes picks in the first 3 or 4 rounds and attempts to project players at other positions!!!!!

If u want a Guard take one with two or three years of tape and recorded production as opposed to a LT your projecting how well his game will be at a position he’s never or rarely played.

Drives me nuts! This is a great option in round 6/7 or undrafted free agents
