This is full on a keep Mendoza upright signing. His pass blocking couple with his down field blocking in the run game is elite.

Thought the same thing, between him and Mayer they now have 2 really good tight ends that are really good blockers. Add in they can actually play the position and are receiving threats as well.
Bowers can be used in multiple ways which he excels at.

13 personnel set is a good part of Klint's offense

And we have the ideal players to run it. Still need to address a quality backup for Jeanty, however.

Agreed, I like Wilson, he’s the guy that backs up Jacobs in GB. I think he’s still available. I live in the Midwest and see plenty of their games, he’s big and fast, still surprised he hasn’t been signed, unless I just missed it of course.

He's not avaliable. He signed with the Seahawks.

Might consider FM's team mate Roman Hemby in the later rounds...very coachable, and takes care of the ball...only 2 fumbles in 710 career carries.

Him or black would be a nice addition in the later rounds. I’m surprised black didn’t get an invite to the combine.

Yup, him too. And there's also gold to be found sometimes through UFAs.

We never should have let Alec Ingold get away from us. We owe that man big time. He played his heart out for us and blew his knee out for us and we screwed him by cutting him during rehab.

Another byproduct of that clown McDumbfuck... he wanted his Pats FB Jakob Johnson
He also got rid of our long snapper for "his guy" from the pats, then our old long snapper went to the Cowboys and they have one of the best FG units in the NFL.
