I like Michael Mayer, but B in my opinion is generous. I guess if they are grading on a curve then yeah he's a B compared to the rest of the wasteland.

This is 100% the real and true problem with the Raiders football team. They can't draft for shit!
I "play" arm-chair GM like a lot of people and my draft looked nothing like this shit-turd team.
While it is never real, we waste way to many picks and not many pan out at all.

Exactly, that and coaching.

Not only have we struck out horribly but when you look back at the years we didn't draft very many OL much less in the upper rounds and when we did a few years back it was leatherwood.
