Carr posts moved to Carr thread. In future all clips from his stupid podcast need to go directly there so that he doesn't have a hold on every thread.

Jeanty/Mendoza/Bowers...Raiders continue adding "talented AND intelligent" people as core players.

Jeanty was 18th in the league rushing and an astounding 84 percent of his yards came after contact. 975 rushing yards and led all rookies in scrimmage yards.
Behind an even average line, he is a top 5 running back next year. I’d bet he’s at least one of the reasons Kubiak will be our next HC. The kid has barely scratched the surface of his abilities, especially once he gets past the front 4 of a defense.

Like I said, I expect him to be good. I just don’t think good will be good enough.

I don’t see Adrian Peterson or Barry Sanders when I look at him. Jury is still out but I’m not holding my breath on him being great.

As such, I feel no need to defend his performance. He’s good—not great to me. I expect good—not great.

^^^When you select the top rated RB #6 in the draft, you should expect him to be great, not good.

The guy got hit so many times behind the line or at the line it was ridiculous..throw in no passing game and loaded boxes and there ya go…if ya could not see his juice then I don’t know what to tell ya…literally one of the worst lines I have ever seen and I’m 52

expect?

He's already good.

And he's good behind a bottom feeding o-line.

give him a better o-line and his numbers will be better than good.

give him a chance to be top tier ... he hasn't had that chance

my worry, is: .. will his running style and physical health hold up in the NFL? His dishes out a shit-load of punishment ... his body also takes quite a bit of punishment. How much can he sustain before being put on IR?

Can't wait to see him behind a line that opens holes for him.

Cowabunga!

I'm going to disagree. He had 1000 yds. behind the shittiest O line in the league. I suppose great is a subjective thing.... eye of the beholder type of deal. I expect/think he will be much more than good.
