The NFL Conference Champs Game Day Thread (AKA The Raiders Coach Game)
Here it is fellas, the final game before the big game. Who you got, what is ideal for the Raiders and are there free agents playing that you like for us next year. Popcorn at the ready, beer in your hand. I have some Blue Moon on hand. What are you making to enjoy the game? I am making a simple chicken and rice. Weather here is horrible so I Amazon Fresh'd my menu for the week so that I did not have to rush to the store. Ah the joy of winter.
I guess I will go with:
Pats vs Rams for the final game. But anyone other than the Broncos is absolutely fine. I like Stafford, I don't mind Maye. Vrabel getting a crack at another ring after TN dumped him would be justice in my mind for that bitch Amy Adams. And yea, everyone I know around here hates that....female body part....lol

Stafford wins it all, does he retire and create even more of a QB void?

You always post the postgame PC's....... it might actually be interesting seeing Payton's PC when he talks about foregoing the FG after he just lost by 3.

He’ll lose today, and then retire.Attyla wrote: Sun Jan 25, 2026 3:30 pm Stafford wins it all, does he retire and create even more of a QB void?

You have to admit, Nix and a nice day would of been to Denver's advantage. But them the breaks!!

I don’t remember where or when I read it, but Sam Darnold was said to look like a Lego character and I’ve never been able to unsee it.
Also, is it commendable or not that Kupp is so committed to that ratty-ass beard.

If that happens I would think so but then again he may be asked to come back and help with whomever the rams draft. Certainly they have a plan to draft someone with two first round picks?Attyla wrote: Sun Jan 25, 2026 3:30 pm Stafford wins it all, does he retire and create even more of a QB void?

If Stafford goes many think Joey from Cincinnati gets traded to the Rams. But I think this is Stafford's last rodeo.Attyla wrote: Sun Jan 25, 2026 3:30 pm Stafford wins it all, does he retire and create even more of a QB void?

Nix might have won that game, but the game plan would have been different and the game plan they ran almost won it with StidhamRabidraider wrote: Sun Jan 25, 2026 3:39 pm You have to admit, Nix and a nice day would of been to Denver's advantage. But them the breaks!!

Spytek has already taken some responsibility for this, but hopefully it was more based off of coaching staff recommendations.pfish57 wrote: Sun Jan 25, 2026 3:28 pm Watching Ex-Raiders do really well this year just shows you how brain dead PC really was...well let's hope it was PC making all the calls & not Spytek or we could be fcked!!!
