George Pickens would like to have a word. There are players that dont give a shit about winning. But that's for another conversation. Shutting down a healthy enough Brock Bowers was the right call, but make no mistake, its tanking.RickRyb wrote: Wed Dec 24, 2025 8:31 am Players not trying to win doesn't exist.

Probably getting and has Probably needed surgery on his knee. This organization was stupid not to have him healthy before trotting him back out there on one leg. A two year old could've watched him and sat him but it took Pete 2 or 3 games? f[raiders_icon]ck him

. The doctors can recommend what they want. If he's not healthy (which he clearly wasn't) , that's on the coach to hold him out

Yeah!! Now isn't Crosby's ankle acting up on him again? Also, I thought Jeanty had a possible concussion....

He came back too soon to begin with. That's on both him and the coaching staff. He's a super competitive dude and likely told the staff he was fine. A lot of players do that, which gives coaches a flimsy reason to have a clear conscience. They don't care about a players career, they care about winning even at the foreseeable detriment to the player.
