Easy win for Houston, and we'll be one step closer to having the franchise reset we've been desperately looking for.

A high draft picks doesn't mean instant success.

It doesn’t. But it does increase the probability.

And will help sign an up and coming coach, who otherwise might not want to have anything to do with us

And they were all to division opponents IIRC. We broke the streak against Tampa and actually won that one.

I think we get a field goal or two this week though.

No but when you have Maxx Crosby Brock Bowers Ashton Jeanty plus the number one pick as well as a ton of cap space it at least makes the job appealing to quality head coaching candidates

I remember that as well. I went to the middle game against Denver at the Coliseum, one of the best and worst birthday presents I ever received.

Yeah. It could have been a movie, "Raiders of the Lost Art".

No matter what the Raiders need to get the 1st pick, even if that most likely means needing to trade with the Giants to move up one spot.

All the mocks I've seen show the Jets trading up to #1 and taking Mendoza.

Raiders should have the advantage in that the Giants would get the #2 pick not down to 4,5,6, where the jets pick will be. only other team that may try that needs a qb would be the titans who have the 3rd at this time.

True, but the NY Jets can offer two first round picks

Titans don't need a QB.

cant be arsed to google but, are we the least successful team to relocate?
teams normally try to git gud for a new city, a new crowd, we must be on course for setting some record for sucking ass with a shiny new stadium.
as for the game, redzone will keep me in touch with the blowout.

Jets draft picks in the first two rounds of just the next 2 years.

2026
1st Round: NYJ own pick
1st Round: Pick from Colts
2nd Round: NYJ own pick
2nd Round: Pick from Cowboys

2027
1st Round: NYJ own pick
1st Round: From Colts
1st Round: From Cowboys
2nd Round: Jets pick

Nobody’s beatin’ that. If we both want Mendoza, we gotta be 1st.

Man, just another bit of info that shows how we’re the worst run organization in the NFL.

Also, f[raiders_icon]ck you Doofus.
