Not sure how I feel about this one. The losses tend to blend into each these days but at least they had some fight.

Did we really lose since this loss helps our draft position?

Ultimately the loss obviously helps in that regard. Its just a weird feeling after the team actually played well for the most part.RaiderandBulldog wrote: Sun Nov 02, 2025 4:37 pm Did we really lose since this loss helps our draft position?

At least we played a decent game this week and nearly beat a team with a winning record

This certainly did feel like a certain Super Bowl play.

Who would have guessed that the teams tied with the best records in the NFL after 9 weeks would be New England, Indianapolis and Denver all at 7-2?

If today is any indication. Pete hasn’t lost the players and he went for two to try and create the culture he wants. It didn’t work but at this point in the year. Why not?
1 This was the Brock and Jenaty show. They are the building blocks for this franchise.
2 Outside of the pick. Geno played his best game of the year. Credit to him but this can’t be a one time thing.
3 I would say the missed tackles by the defense are the biggest reason for the loss today. Kelly has the be the on the hot seat but this kind of game puts Graham on the hot seat.
4 Both teams had a lot of penalties. I had hoped Pete would fix that issue. Oh well.
Hopefully we can built on today’s effort and spoil some Season starting with the Donks on Thursday,

Little bit of improvement shown today, but not enough to make me give a shit. Don't really care about the loss.

Every year we get excited for a tank only for the Raiders to win some meaningless games at the end of the season.RaiderandBulldog wrote: Sun Nov 02, 2025 4:37 pm Did we really lose since this loss helps our draft position?

I personally hate losing and want to win as much as possible.June510 wrote: Sun Nov 02, 2025 4:51 pm Every year we get excited for a tank only for the Raiders to win some meaningless games at the end of the season.

It was a good game overall. Still some stuff to clean up. But at least it was enjoyable to watch. Definitely need ol help still. And still not sure about trying to merge pg and Carol's defenses. And I don't think I'll ever be comfortable with Geno at QB.
