Ugly win.

Basically scored 13 points if not for the turnover at the 2-yard line.

Exactly. Nobody thinks this win means a lot. Some of us enjoy a win and are not miserable f[raiders_icon]cks 24/7. It's entertainment and I enjoy a win every time

No. We’ve found out bad drafting leaves us a lack of talent. Which of the current top 5 qbs were drafted number 1 overall? We’ve picked bad players regardless of position. We have holes everywhere and took a running back at 6. Then a receiver in the second. Don’t blame the wins when we don’t even maximize the draft positions we get

Sure a win is great but it also hurts us in the long run with a solid QB and a franchise that doesn't move up to take one. Draft Purgatory aka picking from #9 to like 17 has been killing us for years.
There are always teams willing to trade those picks. I am not sure it's important to always draft low if you are drafting right. I mean did Cam Ward look like he warranted being the number one player in last year's draft class today?

I know what you are saying because we see the impact a Jayden Daniels has on a team. Personally I think it's better to amass the playas and then add the QB unless of course you can get a Jayden Daniels. Also, acquiring a good veteran QB via free agency is difficult so you raise valid points.

Honestly, I do not believe it's a reach for Geno to settle down and be similar to Alex Smith.

I'm not mad about Jeanty at #6. We needed a RB and he happened to be BPA. We don't need to look at RB for years to come. Now concentrate on QB and lines.

Who said anything about #1 overall? And Jeanty was the right pick. Not following up with an early O lineman in the 2nd before trading down multiple times was the mistake. Not trading back in for Jaxson Dart was a mistake. The disregard this team has shown for the QB position is the mistake.

I am not so sure. I apologize if this comes off like I am trying to troll. I am just looking at this differently.

It's all good. No need to apologize. I mean do you truthfully see this team winning many more games? At this point I don't think we beat the Giants.

We talked about this in chat. Meaningless wins at the end of a horrible season hurts the draft. That I can understand.

A young team with a brand new staff takes time to gel and if they begin to play better ball as the season progresses and you can go into the offseason with some hope and momentum, those aren’t meaningless.

If my aunt had balls, she'd be my uncle. Or so I was told earlier....we scored 20 no matter how you spin it Image

We are not young at the most important position or head coach. Tell me, what hope do you have for this team this season and that turnover machine playing QB? I mean no disrespect but I know you look at this team with rose colored glasses but its time to face the reality. We've been down this road plenty before with the rah rah and momentum and blah blah blah.

It is difficult to say. I do not believe it is impossible provided the turnovers can be cleaned up. Lot's of iff and buts and maybe I am being too optimistic because we won today.

Im not arguing with anybody or their take on this bad team. I guess I find it odd when people are on here from dawn until late at night beating a dead horse 7 days a week. I guess Im not that miserable and don't get it. It's not that high priority in my life. It's entertainment I enjoy a win and if they lose Im not that shocked or upset
