I’m done
I have been a follower of this team since the 1960s. Watched some amazing teams. Those Monday nights where we were unbeatable. Amazing teams, and amazing wins.
We haven’t done shit for over 20 years. This is the biggest joke in the f[raiders_icon]cking league. I lived in Boston for 18 years through the Patriots being basically Super Bowl contenders every year and everyone asked me why don’t just change teams I said some Raiders fan we don’t change teams.
Well, I’m not changing teams, but I see no point in watching this shit anymore, does this ruin the day for you already? The text are coming in from my friends same thing every week every month every year
All I can say is, I’m glad the NHL is back
Good luck gentlemen maybe I’ll come back after that shithead piece of crap that owns the team sells it but until then I’m done with this f[raiders_icon]cking team. I wasted too much of my f[raiders_icon]cking life worrying about these f[raiders_icon]cking crap players. Bullshit coaches bullshit moves.
f[raiders_icon]ck them and f[raiders_icon]ck Mark Davis
You don’t have to bother to reply you can delete this really don’t care logging out now. Maybe I’ll be back in a few years after the team is sold.

I think it’s more the continued drama around the team no matter who is here. I would bet my life Brady doesn’t win number 7 if Gruden took him over Carr. Every player gets worse here except the occasional diamond in the rough that gives us a couple good years. Who is he last big FA to succeed as a Raider?
Someone said it earlier but the odds of being shit for most of the past quarter century in a league built around parity are extremely poor yet we have achieved that.

Oh I think it was going on at Clemson even before the NFL but why didn’t we research this before signing him?

31-years old with twins. Doubt I'll ever quit. But it is exhausting being a Raiders fan. Doubt my kids will become Raiders fans.
Being a fan of this franchise ain't for the weak. Glad I missed yesterday's shit show.

So, you're like me and have witnessed maybe two good seasons of Raiders football? Lol.Raidersman321 wrote: Mon Oct 06, 2025 2:19 pm 31-years old with twins. Doubt I'll ever quit. But it is exhausting being a Raiders fan. Doubt my kids will become Raiders fans.

I come from good genes (and I have good jeans as well) so I could conceivably see this weird shit for a long time to come. My old man had brown hair on his head well into his late 70s. And he did not die of old age, he was still going strong at 79 and only died due to a botched surgery. Mom is so old she invented one of the common swear words i am fond of using or so she told me. Mom was always a sailor at heart.riseNraid09 wrote: Mon Oct 06, 2025 2:24 pm So, you're like me and have witnessed maybe two good seasons of Raiders football? Lol.

I'm 34 so, to think that me making it to the age of 70 is me living another lifetime is insane. We are all here for a reason though, and we go when we are meant to go. Hopefully, we get to see some fulfilling Raiders football at some point along the way. Sorry to hear about your pops though...Attyla wrote: Mon Oct 06, 2025 2:44 pm I come from good genes (and I have good jeans as well) so I could conceivably see this weird shit for a long time to come. I'll be sticking around. I'm and 65 been a fan since 1970. Grew up in a small town outside of Oakland, San Lorenzo. By now I see my Raider fandom as a character flaw that I'm stuck with.
To rub salt in the wound, my daughter married a lady from KC and now my 1.5 year old grandson is running around in Chiefs gear!

That begs the question, which NFL big league club are you a fan of if the Raiders are your semi-pro team?Loftyraider wrote: Mon Oct 06, 2025 8:44 am I guess it's very different here in UK as having a 2nd team is pretty common in our football; but because we have different levels of the Pro and semi-pro game (promotion and relegation); supporters of the big league clubs will often support their local much smaller one.
Anyway - we're going to smash the Titans....so no worries!

I get the collective frustration after over 2 decades of fail.
However every time the staff is tossed from GM to HC, to be fair, one has to go clean slate again. It’s a new day.
Last year the Raiders won 4 games and looked atrocious. So far this year the Raiders look horrible but there is a lot of football left to see if the new changes begin to improve.

How many of you guys remember that they were in the AFC West their first year (1976)? I didn't unit I stumbled on it a few years ago.Willmark wrote: Mon Oct 06, 2025 8:31 am Always been partial to TB before the SB, they were like we are now but we might be worse for the duration of futility. Then again they did go 0-14 in their first season and something like 0-13 more before their first win or some such.

Yep, that is a little known fun fact, Seattle was orginially in the NFC West until the league realigned them in 1977.srv5490 wrote: Mon Oct 06, 2025 7:53 pm How many of you guys remember that they were in the AFC West their first year (1976)? I didn't unit I stumbled on it a few years ago.
