Louisiana Fats had one 3 INT game in 25 starts for us.
Gina has had two in five starts

They both have been complete trash on and off the field for this franchise.

Both are really bad, I think Jamarcus was worse personally, his pocket presence was unlike any I’ve ever witnessed.

Geno on his current trajectory could catch him but not sure if it’s mathematically possible to keep playing this bad so expect things to get a little better.

Russell by a mile. Geno has been incompetent this season, but I believe he does care and does want to play better (whether he is able to do so is another question).

JaMarcus just didn't gave a damn.

Geno knows how to insert film into a machine and press play

Really? Even Mr. Obvious doesn't need to weigh in here. You are just getting out your frustration with our situation.

Jamarcus Russell is regarded as the greatest NFL bust of all time if Ryan Leaf doesn’t get the top spot.

That alone should speak to the situation.

Also there is enough background to the story that the coaching staff sent Jamarcus Russell home with blank DVDs that he claims to have watched.

Add to this Russell was a #1 pick.

Geno might be ass but when your closest “competitor” is Ryan Leaf?

Yeah.

Aaron may have been one of the most overrated guys ever. For some reason, New Orleans loved that guy. Was a career mid 50% completion guy, He was kind of dog shit. I am not saying better or worse, but the version with the Raiders he was far worse in his 8 starts with us. But that was 2006 so we ruined him with that team and group of coaches. Another victim of career killing Raiders teams. Man he took a lot of sacks. But the telling stat? 8 starts, 3 TDs

Russell did have some talent; I think maybe if he went in the second round or third round and actually sat on the bench for few years and learn as a backup he might have had decent career….

Think being drafted at number 1 and it completely mess up his head….plus he got paid big time; before he play his first game…..

As for Geno…. He really had a great career…I mean he bomb out with the jets and I think he traveled around to few more teams as a backup and then found a starting QB job with Seahawks…..I mean the guy been in NFL for 15 years which is a big achievement

My opinion is that maybe if Russell was drafted by another team and sat on the bench for a few years under a different team; maybe things would have been different for him……

Gotta admit….if the Raiders did not draft him at number 1….Russell would have still got drafted by another team; maybe in the first round or 2nd round
