Crosby in the 4th seems like pure luck when you look at that hit rate

Got rid of Mack, Cooper, Jackson & traded for AB + Martavias Bryant they would have wasted those picks but we got fleeced for a 3rd both times

Should we have kept Telesco probably but the minute he wanted to stick with AP he had to go but thatbis conveniently forgotten

We need to stabilise that front office instead of changing football philosophies every year or two because that’s why we have to turn over the roster & we never get better

We also need for our GM to be picking our HC cause it feels like our GM & HC are on different playing fields

If Gruden were to come back as HC; he would have to have GM that was his boss and do all the FA signing and draft picks….last time; Gruden had too much power and it was too much for him…if he came back he need to just be a HC
