As bad as last night was. The Raiders have to move on and do it quickly on a short week.

Even worst it’s an early start in the east coast against a team that had their minimum bye week. So they will be rested and had plenty of time to game plan for us.

This is an early big test.

This is correct. If you made a list of teams that lost to back-up QBs the last 10 years, there were be many and maybe the Raiders would not even be high on the list. But, we know a lot about Mariota so coming up with a defensive scheme should be not too difficult. Even though the Commanders don't have an elite pass rusher (unless you count the aging Von Miller), I worry about giving Smith time.

We know a lot about Herbert, Kermit & Nix, but they carve us up on a regular basis...he could go full Andy Dalton!!! Hopefully Pete has the team grounded & ready.

I think I speak for many Raiders fans -- I totally would not be shocked if we lose and lose convincingly. On the other hand, I think we should win and I am somewhat optimistic. We are conditioned to not expect winning seasons, so we expect a lot of loses. This has been true for over 20 years despite coaching and roster changes. We are all waiting for big changes in terms of actually winning games from this new regime.

Let's hope the new regime can keep them motivated, but I have been shocked before & that was the Panthers game last year.

Nah. As bad as Geno is, he's better than Mariota. Jeanty is better than any RB on Skins. I actually think our defense is better then theirs too.
